final week
It is the final week of school. I am happy and sad. I am looking forward to a new group of students in Stu Co, and thinking that will solve alot of the problems we had this year. But then I also want to give up Stu Co becuase it has been such a hassel. The kids were very upset that my co-sponsor from last year left and they took it out on me and my new co-sponsor all year long, which makes for a horrible year. Then at mid semester I get a third prep I have never taught before and that adds on to the stress. Now I find out I will have three preps next year, plus Stu Co. 3 Sociology, 1 Us History and 1 Economics! YUCK and YIKES! Three preps again? I have never taught Econ, and I am not sure that I want to. I had the class I wanted to teach taken away from me because I taught it the way the old principal asked me to teach it. The new principal never told me any different and apparently it was not good enough. The old Principal never mentioned anything to the new people in charge. Don’t that just suck!
are you able to express your concerns to your principal? You know I did and it changed everything! It is all in how you approach it. Or is it too late?
