TAKS is OVER!But not the school year!
Yes! TAKS is iver for the year. My kids think the year is over and there is nothing left to do. I wish, but we have alot to do before the semester exam. There are still things we have not covered. Today we are watching Remember the Titans, for our civil rights unit. We had to stop and review for TAKS so I promised them this after TAKS was over. It is a great movie and the kids can at least identify with it. I also have them finishing up the project they were working on before TAKS, a Presidents PowerPoint.
